Delivery policy

On each of our products you’ll see a delivery tab, this is where you will find the specific delivery information for that product. Please refer to this to find out your desired product delivery charge and timings.

All UK mainland delivery is charged from £5.99 to £19.99 dependant on size of the item and courier. Delivery is free on orders over £50

Standard Sized Items 

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.  Delivery will then happen 1-3 working days post-dispatch in England, Wales and Scotland. And 3-5 days if to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands.

Once despatched you will receive a seperate email with tracking details

Oversized Delivery 

Any products classed as oversized such as Garden Furniture will be delivered on a Pallet or 2-man delivery service due to the size of the furniture. 

Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery. We aim for this to be within 3-5 working days, on a day of your choice. The delivery date can also be extended a further 7 days to suit you.
